Add oats into a bowl.
Add 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add chia seeds and linseed.
Add 60 grams of wheat germ.
Add fat-free Greek yogurt and mix until combined.
Get hands in and mix until the mixture is well combined.
Grease and flour a tin.
Press the mixture down into the tin.
Top with remaining chia seeds and cumin seeds.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 45 to 50 minutes.
