Add 200g bread flour to a bowl and make a well in the center.

Add 10g sugar and 3g dry yeast into the well.

Pour in 150g warm water and mix roughly with a spoon.

Add 20g butter and mix by pressing the mixture against the bowl.

Heat the mixture in a 600-watt microwave for 15 seconds, then knead for 30 seconds.

Repeat the heating and kneading process two more times.

Roll the dough out to a 25cm diameter on a cutting board.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts and roll each part out to 1.5 times its size.

Place 10g butter on top of each piece and roll tightly from the thinner end.

Let the rolled dough rest covered with plastic wrap for 10 minutes for the second rise.

Brush the tops with 10g olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.

Bake in a 240°C oven for about 10 minutes.
