Transfer the dough to a well-floured surface and fold it over on itself twice or thrice.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and form each piece into a ball.
Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet with flour.
Spray water on the buns and let the dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to cut a slit across the top of the buns.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes.
