Bring a large pot of heavily salted water to a boil.
Add the pasta and cook until the package recommends for al dente.
Drain the pasta well; do not rinse; spread out onto a sheet pan.
Drizzle with 1 TBSP olive oil, toss to coat, spread out in an even layer, and set aside to cool completely.
In a very large mixing or serving bowl, whisk the red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, pickled jalapeno juice, and olive oil until blended.
Add the cooled pasta, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, roasted red bell pepper, Mozzarella balls, pepperoncini, pickled jalapenos, toasted almonds, Italian parsley, and Romano cheese.
Stir gently but thoroughly to coat all of the ingredients and mix everything together.
Mix and chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
Taste for seasoning and adjust with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
