1

Wash the beef and cut a small onion, adding it to the pot.

2

Add a cinnamon stick, chicken stock, coriander powder, black pepper, oil, and water to the pot.

3

Add water little by little to avoid overcooking the meat.

4

Cover and cook for 35 to 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.

5

Check the meat for tenderness; if tender, add salt if needed (the creator did not add salt).

6

Continue cooking uncovered to reduce the water.

7

Add cumin powder and garlic powder (or paste) for flavor.

8

Add capsicums and fry them together for the last 5 minutes of cooking until desired moisture is reached.

9

For the fried chicken, cut and wash a whole chicken, trimming excess fat.

10

Add coriander powder, vegetable stock powder, black pepper, ginger, garlic paste, dill, smoked paprika, and cumin powder to the chicken.

11

Add water to the same level as the chicken and half an onion (optional).

12

Cook covered for 15 minutes on low heat to absorb flavors.

13

Remove chicken pieces from the broth and set aside for frying.

14

Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown on both sides.

15

Remove fried chicken and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

16

Allow the chicken to cool before serving.

17

For the fried fish, wash and cut tilapia fillets into small pieces.

18

Marinate the fish with vegetable stock powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, smoked paprika, extra virgin olive oil, and black pepper.

19

Coat the fish pieces with plain flour, shaking off excess flour.

20

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish pieces on medium heat until cooked on both sides.

21

Remove the fish and place on a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.

22

Continue frying remaining fish pieces until done.
