1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coriander
1 teaspoon cumin

2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
