Season the chicken thighs and legs with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Add plain yogurt to the seasoned chicken and mix everything together.
Cover the chicken with Saran Wrap and marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Season flour and eggs with the same spices used on the chicken and mix.
After marinating, coat each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and return to the flour for a final coat.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat until very hot.
Fry the chicken in batches, about four pieces at a time, for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Set the fried chicken aside once cooked.
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt for the waffle batter.
Add eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and plain yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Preheat the waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray.
Pour a spoonful of waffle batter into the waffle iron and cook for about 3 minutes or until the waffle maker indicates it's ready.
Remove the waffle once golden brown and set aside.
In a pan, combine honey and balsamic vinegar for the glaze.
Add garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the honey and vinegar mixture and mix.
Let the glaze simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Serve by placing a piece of fried chicken over a waffle and drizzling with the honey balsamic glaze.
