Peel the sweet potatoes (optional).

Cut the sweet potatoes into four pieces.

Add half a cup of water to a pot and cook the sweet potatoes for 5 minutes until tender.

Drain the water from the pot.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the sweet potatoes.

Add a good tablespoon (2 tablespoons) of honey and a dash of sriracha for heat.

Cook the sweet potatoes in the butter and honey mixture for 2-3 minutes until glazed.
