4 cups zucchini, sliced
2 cups squash, diced
2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, diced squash, and corn.

In another bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, garlic, and onion until smooth.

Pour the wet mixture over the zucchini, squash, and corn, and stir until well combined.
