Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Trim and prepare 1.5 to 2 cups of broccoli florets.

Add broccoli to the skillet and sprinkle with kosher salt and crushed red pepper flakes.

Add chopped garlic to the skillet.

Sauté the broccoli and garlic for about 4-5 minutes until the broccoli starts to get charred.
