Roast 1 cup of peeled garlic cloves in an air fryer at 370°F for 10 minutes.

Place 4 pounds of organic Yukon Gold potatoes in an 8 quart pressure cooker with 2 cups of water.

Close the lid and set the pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Let the pressure release naturally after cooking.

Remove the potatoes using a basket from the pressure cooker.

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, using the leftover water for creaminess.

Add the roasted garlic to the mashed potatoes.

Optionally stir in a bag of defrosted organic fire roasted corn.

Serve warm.
