Slice 3/4 of a white cabbage into thin slices, about half a centimeter thick.
Chop half a kilo of squash into three pieces, peel, and slice into thin pieces.
Slice sweet potatoes into thin slices, about half a centimeter thick.
Chop 5 rashers of vegetarian bacon into cubes.
Remove the skin from 3 cloves of garlic.
Combine 250 ml cold milk and 250 ml fresh double cream in a pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the garlic and then the squash and sweet potatoes.
Cook until the vegetables are completely soft in the middle.
In a separate pan, melt a generous knob of butter and add the vegetarian bacon, cooking until crisp.
Add the cooked bacon to the cabbage and mix well.
Combine the cooked squash and sweet potatoes with the cabbage and bacon mixture.
