Buffalo Chicken Lasagna

2 cups ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
9 lasagna noodles
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup provolone cheese
1/2 cup homemade creamy gorgonzola dressing
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup marinara sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil

Start by making the ricotta cheese mixture: add a couple of big spoonfuls of pecorino romano cheese, some fresh parsley, a sprinkle of salt, and a sprinkle of pepper.

Add some warmed homemade marinara sauce to the ricotta mixture and stir until it turns a nice pink color.

Drop the fresh pasta sheets into hot water and cook for a couple of minutes until done.

Chop the homemade boneless wings into half-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.
