Add 3 cups of water to the mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of instant yeast to the water and mix until dissolved.
Add 7 cups of bread flour to the yeast and water mixture.
Sprinkle 3 teaspoons of salt and add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil to the mixture.
Mix until the flour and water are incorporated.
Turn the dough out onto a board and knead for 8 minutes.
Let the dough rest for 3 minutes covered with a cloth.
Shape the dough into a ball and place it back in the bowl, covering it again to rise for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, divide the dough into two pieces for two loaves.
Pre-shape the loaves by folding the edges into the center to create tension.
Let the shaped loaves rest for 15 minutes.
Final shape the loaves and place them into a buttered loaf pan.
Let the loaves rise for another hour.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
Bake the loaves for 35-40 minutes until done and golden brown.
Brush the tops with melted butter after baking and let cool on a rack.
