Mix bread flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
Add fresh yeast and mix a little.
Warm milk and water until lukewarm and add to the flour mixture.
Knead the dough, either by hand or with a mixer, until it has consistency.
Add room temperature butter to the dough and continue kneading until it is no longer sticky.
Form the dough into a ball and let it rest in a bowl covered with a cloth until it doubles in size, about 2 hours.
Punch down the risen dough and place it back on a floured surface to degas.
Roll out the dough into a square shape about 1.5 cm thick.
Cut the dough in half to prepare two loaves.
Roll the dough from the narrowest side to shape it into a loaf.
Use a regular flan or cake mold, grease it, or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
Place both loaves in the mold and cover with a cloth to rise for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before unmolding.
Transfer the loaves to a wire rack to cool completely.
