Ground Beef - 1 LB/1/2 kg
Ginger grated - 1 tbsp
Garlic minced - 1 tbsp
Green bell pepper chopped - 1/2 cup
Red bell pepper chopped - 1/2 cup
Onion Sliced/Chopped - 1 small
Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Red chili flakes - 1/4 tsp
Sesame oil - 1/2 tsp/Few Drops
Oil - 1 tbsp
Some green & Red Chilies Chopped
Sesame seeds
Some chopped green onions
Some Cooked Basmati or White Jasmin Rice

Take 1 LB or ½ a kg grounded beef.

In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and add the grounded beef to the pan.

Saute for 8 to 10 minutes on high heat.

Fry until beef becomes brown and oil separates.

Now add 1 tbsp grated ginger and 1 tbsp minced garlic.

Saute on medium heat for up to a minute.

Add 1 small chopped or sliced onion to the pan.

Also, add 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, some chopped green, and red chilies, and saute for 1 to 2 minutes.

Fry until vegetables become tender.

Add ¼ tsp red chili flakes, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and ½ tsp or few drops of sesame oil.

Mix all the ingredients.

Take some cooked basmati or white jasmine rice.

Add cooked meat with vegetables on top of it.

Garnish with some chopped green onions.
