Weigh out 500 grams of all-purpose flour into a bowl.
Add 7 grams of instant yeast and 10 grams of kosher salt to the flour and mix together.
Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and set aside.
Measure 1 cup of milk and warm it to about 110-115°F (43-46°C).
Add 3 tablespoons of honey to the melted butter and mix well.
Pour the warm milk into the dry ingredients along with the butter and honey mixture.
Mix the ingredients together using a bowl scraper until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
Place the shaped dough in a greased loaf pan and cover again; let rise until doubled, about 30-60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
