1 kg de pollo en trozos
500 ml de caldo de pollo
1 cebolla
1 cabeza de ajos
1 zanahoria
200 gr de tomate triturado

100 ml de moscatel
2 rebanadas de pan

8-10 ciruelas pasas

1 atadillo de hiervas
1 cdta de oregano
1 cdta de romero
