Copycat In n Out Sauce

- ●1/2 cup mayonnaise
- ●2 tablespoons ketchup
- ●1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ●1 tablespoon white vinegar
- ●1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- ●1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- ●1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- ●1/4 teaspoon paprika
- ●1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard.
- 2Add the white vinegar and sweet pickle relish to the bowl.
- 3Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- 4Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined and smooth.
- 5Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or vinegar to your preference.
- 6Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the sauce to an airtight container.
- 7Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
- 8Serve the sauce as a dip for fries or as a condiment for burgers.

- ●1/4 cup vegetable oil
- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ●1/2 cup diced onions
- ●1/2 cup special sauce (thousand island dressing)
- ●1/4 cup pickles (optional)
Instructions
- 1Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2Wash and peel the russet potatoes, then cut them into fries.
- 3Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- 4Drain the fries and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 5In a large bowl, toss the fries with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- 6Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- 8Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- 9Return the fries to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 10Top the fries with diced onions, special sauce, and pickles if desired. Serve hot.
