Use an immersion blender to blend the mixture lightly, leaving some chunks for texture.

Continue cooking until the desired consistency is achieved, stirring occasionally.

Prepare jars for canning while the mixture cooks down.

Once ready, pour the pear honey into sterilized jars, leaving some headspace.
