Summer Green Goddess Dressing

Start by gathering lots of fresh herbs: Italian flat leaf parsley, fresh tarragon, and a couple of green onions.

Wash the herbs thoroughly.

Stuff the parsley into a 1/4 cup measure until it's nice and tight.

For the basil, use about half as much as the parsley, which is roughly 2 large tablespoons.

Add the tarragon, which has a bittersweet flavor and is an original ingredient for this dressing.

Place all the herbs into a high-power blender or food processor.

Add the juice of half a lemon and 2 cloves of garlic to the blender.

Include 1/2 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise in the blender.

Add the anchovies for a salty, nutty flavor.
