2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp vegetable oil
6-7 tbsp warm water
3/4 cup diced cubed potatoes
3/4 cup diced cubed pumpkin
1/2 cup diced small carrot
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup chopped green onion(scallion)
1/2 cup shredded coriander leaves
1/4 cup chopped Onion
2-3 cloves finely chopped Garlic
1 vegetable cubes
2 tbsp hot water
Salt &pepper to taste
1 tbsp cumin powder
1 tsp oyster sauce (vegan, optional)
1 tbsp vegetable oil for basting empanada before cooking
