Heat oil in a large pot to between 350°F and 375°F for frying.
Fry the battered broccoli and cauliflower until golden and crunchy, referring to them as 'nuggets of Happiness.'
In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce with melted butter to create the buffalo sauce.
Add the fried broccoli and cauliflower to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them, tossing to coat.
