1

Start with a pot of boiling water.

2

Add 1/2 a chicken cube to the boiling water to create a stock base.

3

Grate a bit of ginger and smash some garlic.

4

Heat up a pan and add a bit of vegetable oil.

5

Add the smashed garlic and grated ginger to the pan.

6

Add 100 grams of soy giniling (soy protein) to the pan as a meat substitute.

7

Add a bit of water to the pan to rehydrate the soy giniling and mix well.

8

Add soy sauce and Korean chili paste (Samjang) to the pan for flavor and mix well.

9

Prepare a bowl with peanut butter, chili paste, a bit of soy sauce, chili oil, and rice wine vinegar; blend together.

Cook the handmade ramen noodles for about 1 minute, allowing the starch to thicken the broth.

11

Twist the cooked noodles and place them into a bowl.

12

Add the prepared soy giniling mixture on top of the noodles.

13

To make the broth creamier, add Nestle Carnation everyday creamer to the boiling stock and mix well.

Prepare garnish by slicing leaks.

15

Pour the creamy broth over the noodles and soy giniling in the bowl.

16

Garnish with sliced leaks and toasted sesame seeds.
