Combine 6 tablespoons of suyu, 4 tablespoons of sesame miso sauce, and 2 tablespoons of chili oil in a bowl and stir until combined.

In a pot, add 2 cups of water, 4 cups of unsweetened soy milk, and 8 bouillon cubes. Turn on the heat and let it simmer with a lid on top.

In a separate pan, add 4 tablespoons of chili oil, 2 tablespoons of garlic, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 2 tablespoons of chili bean paste, and 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce. Mix together on medium-high heat.

Add ground beef (or ground pork) to the mixture and cook until browned.

Check on the broth and add the mixture from the pan into the broth, stirring to combine.

In a pot of boiling water with added salt, cook the bok choy briefly.

Cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes, then drain them.

To assemble the ramen, add broth to a bowl, followed by the cooked noodles, bok choy, and meat.
