Sweet Potato and Cauliflower Mash

Add the sweet potatoes into boiling water, stirring and salting them to help the cooking process.

Check if the sweet potatoes are done by poking them with a fork; they are done when a few pieces fall off.

Cook the cauliflower separately from the sweet potatoes.

Strain the cauliflower and sweet potatoes once cooked.

In a bowl, add 2 cloves of garlic and some plant milk, then blend until smooth and creamy.

Season with salt, pepper, and dried parsley before serving.
