SOUR CREAM - 1 SMALL CONTAINER - 1 TABLESPOON
TACO SAUCE MILD

Using a pot on high heat, add 2 cups of water to the pot & bring to a rolling boil.

Add the rice to the boiling water & stir.

Add 1 - teaspoon of the vegetable oil to the pot.

Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of the parsley flakes to the pot.

Add 1/2 packet of the Sazon Goya to the pot.

Stir all the seasonings & cover the pot.

Turn the heat down to low. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Using a skillet on medium heat, add the refried beans to the skillet.

Press the beans down until they are smooth.

Add 1 - 2 teaspoons of the garlic, onion powder, cumin powder, oregano powder, and parsley flakes.

Add 1/2 packet of the Sazon Goya packet and 1/4 cup of water to the skillet.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined & the beans are smooth. Cover the skillet & turn the beans down to low.

Using a skillet on medium high heat, add 1 - 2 teaspoons of the vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet and fold until it's cooked & is no longer pink in color.

Add 1/2 to 1 full packet of the taco seasoning. Stir until well blended and cover the ground turkey. Turn the heat to low until needed.

Using a skillet on medium heat, spray the skillet with the non-stick spray and add the burrito to the skillet.

Heat for 1 - 2 minutes on each side and place the heated burrito on a platter & cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.

Place the burrito on a plate and cover with the refried beans and add the yellow Spanish rice.

Heat the salsa con queso in the microwave for up to 1 minute.

Add the salsa con queso over the rice, followed by the seasoned ground turkey, salsa con queso cheese, Mexican shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, salsa con queso cheese, mild taco sauce, and top with sour cream.
