Add the drained pasta and peas to the bowl of vegetables.
Pour about a third of a bottle of sesame ginger dressing over the mixture and mix well.
Taste and adjust the dressing as needed, adding more if desired.
Add a can of mandarin oranges (drained) and gently toss to combine.
