Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  3. 3Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to combine.
  4. 4Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the salad.
