Mix lukewarm water, milk, olive oil, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl; let it sit for 10 minutes until bubbly.
In a separate bowl, combine strong flour, bread flour, and salt.
After 10 minutes, mix the yeast mixture with the flour mixture; add more flour if needed.
Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until elastic.
Cover the dough with a clean tea towel and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
After resting, punch down the dough and shape it into a long sausage.
Cut the dough into small pieces, weighing about 100 grams each, and roll them into balls.
Heat a dry pan and drizzle with olive oil.
Flatten each ball into a disk and place it in the hot pan.
Cook for about 1 minute on each side until puffed and golden.
