Kaju (Cashew nuts) 100g
Akhrot (Walnuts) 100g

Dry milk powder ½ Cup
Cocoa powder ¾ Cup
Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup

In a frying pan add sugar, water & cook on very low flame until sugar melts or is caramelized (do not stir).

Add vanilla essence, mix well & remove from heat.

Carefully spread caramelized hot sugar over silicon mat & let it cool down completely at room temperature.

Break it into small pieces & set aside.

In a frying pan add almonds, cashew nuts & dry roast on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add walnuts, mix well & dry roast for 2 minutes. Let it cool.

In the same frying pan add fox nuts & dry roast them for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Let it cool.

In a grinder, add roasted fox nuts, roasted mix nuts & grind on pulse to make powder.

Add prepared caramel crunch, milk powder, cocoa powder & grind well.

Strain the mixture with fine strainer & let it rest for 10 minutes to remove excess heat & moisture.

In a jug add lukewarm milk, prepared instant chocolate protein powder mix & mix well.

Cover & let it rest for few minutes & serve!
