8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 medium cucumber, diced
1 medium carrot, grated
1 small chili pepper, minced
2 scallions, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon thyme, dried
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine Philadelphia cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
