No-Knead Garlic Bread

Olive oil is heart-healthy and adds flavor.

Grated mozzarella is less expensive and melts well.
In a bowl, combine 14 ounces of tap water, 1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of instant yeast, and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Add 2 heaping teaspoons of garlic and stir to combine, breaking up the garlic.
Gradually add 3 and 1/2 cups of bread flour, using the handle end of a spoon to mix until combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough proof for 8 to 24 hours, preferably overnight.
After proofing overnight, dust the sticky dough with a couple tablespoons of flour to make it easier to handle.
Shape the dough on a floured surface, rolling it out and cutting it into desired shapes (e.g., rolls).
Spray a pan with nonstick spray and place the shaped dough onto it.
Cover the dough with a lint-free towel and let it proof for 30 to 60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake the bread for 30 minutes until done.
