Prepare the drizzle by mixing chopped onions, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapenos, salt, pepper, and lime juice in a bowl.

Set the drizzle aside.

In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, hot hatch green chillies, minced garlic, salt, pepper, ground cumin, and orange juice; mix well.

Add a squeeze of lime juice to the filling mixture and mix again.

Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat and place a portion of the filling in the center.

Add a slice of habanero jack cheese on top of the filling.

Roll the tortilla tightly to form a chimichanga.

Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the chimichanga inside, face down.

Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through at the 4-minute mark.
