Chimichanga

2 banana peppers
1 bell pepper
1 lime
3 minced garlic cloves
3 medium or 4 small diced tomatoes
600 g shredded Montgomery Jack cheese
½ tsp freshly grinded cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
1 ½ tsp chilli powder
salt and pepper to taste
12 flour tortillas
olive oil or any healthy oil to fry chimichangas

Prepare the filling by sautéing the diced onion, jalapenos, banana peppers, and bell pepper until soft.

Mix in ground beef, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, and spices, cooking until the beef is browned and heated through.
