Add about 1.5 cups of plain nonfat Greek yogurt to the jar.

Pour in about 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.

Chop about 1/4 cup of fresh dill, removing the stalks and finely chopping the fronds.

Mince one large garlic clove and add it to the jar.

Season the mixture with about 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Add about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to the mixture.

Shake the jar to combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
