Butter one side of the bread with Tillamook butter.

Lay the buttered bread in the grill pan.

Add 5 thin slices of gouda cheese on top of the bread in the grill pan.

Place one slice of tomato on top of the cheese.

Increase the temperature to 360 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let the sandwich sit for about 30 seconds or until you’ve had three sips of wine.

Check the sandwich and flip it over once the cheese starts to melt.

Cover the sandwich for about 10 to 12 seconds to help the cheese melt better.

Remove the sandwich from the grill pan and check the doneness.

Slice the grilled cheese sandwich with a serrated knife.
