Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into chunks.
- 3Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- 4Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- 5Add butter, sour cream, and cream cheese to the potatoes and mash until smooth.
- 6Stir in the milk until desired consistency is reached.
- 7Mix in garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste.
- 8Fold in half of the cheddar cheese and half of the bacon.
- 9Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- 10Top with remaining cheddar cheese, bacon, and paprika.
- 11Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- 12Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions and chives before serving.

Instructions

- 4After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes.
- 5Peel the cooled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- 6In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, dill, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- 7Scoop out the yolks from the egg halves and add them to the mixing bowl with the other ingredients.
- 8Mash the yolks and mix until smooth and well combined.
- 9Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- 10Garnish with additional dill if desired and serve.

- 5Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently fold in the dressing until the potatoes are well coated.
- 6Stir in the diced celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
- 7Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- 8Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- 9Before serving, garnish with sliced green onions.
