Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. 2Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into chunks.
  3. 3Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. 5Add butter, sour cream, and cream cheese to the potatoes and mash until smooth.

  • 6 large eggs

  1. 1Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  2. 2Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. 3Once boiling, cover the saucepan and remove it from heat. Let the eggs sit for 12 minutes.
  4. 4After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for 5 minutes.
