Chop about 1/4 cup of celery and add it to the bowl.
Chop about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of red bell pepper and add it to the bowl.
Chop 2/3 of a red onion and add it to the bowl.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture.
In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing with 3 tablespoons of avocado oil, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of taheen seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of honey substitute.
Stir the dressing well and taste it, adjusting the garlic and lime juice as needed.
