Skyline Chili Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

Cook 1 pound of bow tie pasta noodles in a pot of salted water (about 1 teaspoon) per the instructions on the package (usually 10-12 minutes).

When Pasta is done, save 3 tbsp of pasta water in a large bowl, drain pasta and put in large bowl and with 3 tbsp of pasta water and toss.

Set aside and let cool to room temperature.

In another bowl add: 1 cup of crumpled feta cheese, 1 cup of small pitted Kalamata olives, 1 cup of Roasted Red Peppers, a few pepperoncini’s to taste, 1 cup diced red onion, 1 cup of chopped carrots, ½ cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 tbsp dried oregano, and ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes.

Mix well and toss in the cooled pasta.

Pour in half of a bottle of Skyline Greek Salad Dressing and mix well to taste.
