Jalapeño Corn Dip | Quick and Easy Recipes

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a pan.

Add 2 cups of drained canned corn to the melted butter.

Add 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the pan.

Mix the ingredients together and cook for around 1 minute.

Add 220 grams (8 ounces) of cream cheese and let it melt in.

Cook for a further 2 minutes, adjusting seasoning to preference.

Add 1 sliced jalapeno to the mixture.

Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and mix until warmed through.

Pour the mixture into an oven-proof bowl and top with extra cheese.

Broil for around 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Top with extra paprika, extra jalapenos, and green onions.
