Soak six wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.

In the meantime, prepare the marinade with 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tbsp of oil, 1 tsp of garlic paste, 1 tsp of ginger paste, 1 tbsp of gochujang, and 1 tbsp of honey.

Add two cubed chicken breasts to the marinade and allow to marinate for about an hour, or overnight if possible.
