Wash strawberries and remove stems.

Mash strawberries in a clean pot.

Heat mashed strawberries over medium heat.

Add Żelfix and lemon juice to the pot and mix until boiling.

Once boiling, add sugar and continue to boil for another minute while mixing continuously.

Remove from heat and mix until foam is gone.

Fill sterilized 400 ml jars with the strawberry mixture using a ladle.

Clean the jar threads with a paper towel and seal tightly.

Invert jars for about 5 minutes to create a vacuum seal.

Let jars cool and check that the lids are sealed before storing.
