1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp thyme (finely chopped)
¼ cup maida (all-purpose flour)
500 ml milk
¼ tsp salt
a pinch of black pepper powder
¼ cup cheese (grated)
10-15 bread cubes
½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

Heat a pan, and add butter. Let it melt.

Add the chopped garlic and saute till it turns light brown.

Add maida and mix till the mushrooms are coated with the maida and mix it till the maida is rid of the raw flavour.

Add and mix till the maida is dissolved in the milk and keep mixing it till the mixture starts to thicken.

Add salt, pepper, and fresh cream and mix it well.

Add grated cheese finally and mix well. Bring the mixture to a soft boil.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe bowl.

Add bread cubes to it and press it in a little.

Top it off with mozzarella and bake it in the oven till the cheese turns brown.
