3.3 cups (800ml) Water

Slice onion and sausage, and cut carrot, potato, and pork into bite-sized pieces. Cook onion and carrot in a big pot until soft.

Move the vegetables to the edge of the pot to make room for the meat. Add oil and garlic in the pot. Stir-fry the pork with the garlic until the pork is cooked through.

Pour water, and simmer for 15-20 minutes on low heat.
