1 cup spinach
1 egg
1/2 cup onions
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 large portabella mushroom caps
1 large sweet potato
coconut oil spray
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
