Korean Sausage Bread, known as 'Sausage Bread' in Korea, is a popular street food that combines savory sausages with soft, slightly sweet bread. This dish reflects the influence of Western cuisine on Korean food culture, particularly in urban areas. Today, it is enjoyed not only in Korea but also in various Asian bakeries around the world, often customized with different fillings and toppings.

Measure 300 grams of bread flour and sift it to remove clumps.
Make three holes in the flour and add 6 grams of dry yeast in one, 7 grams of salt in another, and 35 grams of sugar in the last hole.
Measure 145 grams of milk and crack one egg, then beat the egg and pour both into the flour mixture.
Knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your fingers, about 10 minutes.
Incorporate 30 grams of room temperature butter into the dough.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place (toaster oven with boiling water) for about 1 hour.
Dice one whole onion and mix it with sweet corn and 4-5 tablespoons of Korean mayonnaise, adding black pepper to taste.
Boil 5 hot dogs for about 2 minutes.
After the dough has risen, portion it into 70-gram balls and let them rest covered for 15 minutes.
Prepare a piping bag with mayonnaise and ketchup.
Take one dough ball, roll it out, and wrap it around a boiled hot dog, making cuts on top without cutting through.
Let the dough proof again with hot water for 40 minutes.
After the second proofing, place the onion and corn mixture on top of the dough, add mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with parsley.
Preheat the oven to 150ยฐC and bake for 15-20 minutes.
