In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, hot water, beaten egg, and softened butter. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the hotdog sausages in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the corn and mix well.
Combine the cooked sausages, sautéed onion, corn, and shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Place the sausage mixture in the center and fold the dough over to seal it.
Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with green onions and parsley flakes if desired.
Let it rise for another 20 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter before serving.
