Punch down the risen dough; shape into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again until doubled, about 30-45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
