HOW TO MAKE SARDINE TOAST WITHOUT A TOASTER

Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

Add sardines, onions, salt, and dry pepper to the eggs and mix well.

Take a slice of bread and coat it with the egg and sardine mixture by dipping it.

Heat a pan and add butter.

Place the coated bread in the heated pan and toast for a few minutes on medium heat.

Add more egg and sardine mixture on top of the bread while toasting.

Flip the bread to toast the other side until golden brown.

Continue flipping to ensure even toasting.
